Do any of our 18 and older members enjoy cigars? I have enjoyed nice handrolled cigars for the last 8 years or so. There is nothing like kicking back at the end of a hard day having a little port or cognac or beer or.....and a nice fat Cuban, Dominican, or Honduran smoke.

It's been a long time since I've partaken, but I am a fan. Not a connoiseur, but still enjoy one now and again.

I can remember once in my pre-18 days when I got my hands on a cigar. The most enjoyable part for me was the cherry flavor on the end. We use to mess around with cigarettes when we were kids but I never picked it up as a part of my lifestyle. I'm glad too. My brother in-law and his wife spend as much on cigarettes each month as they do on their mortgage.

I use to work with someone that smoked cigars, I have no idea what type he smoked but it smelled really bad.

OOOOOOOOOO its good to hear that we have some people out there that still enjoy the Simpler things in life .....such as a nice fine asmooth Cigar..............actually I'm more of a Pipe lover my self and no (NOT THAT TYPE EITHER) BOKUM RIFF myseld or custom blends........frankly I'm tired of hearing all the bad crap about smoking...........true its not up to public standards but i think it is something that we as smokers should take notice of .........THAt we are being erradicated by those that take pleasures in other means.......hehe its kinda like being a kid and your parents are telling you ..that you shouldnt do what other kids do just because they do it themselves............But now We have them same people saying that they want to abolish Smoking

some states are more strict than others. In South Carolina, they don't even have a tobacco tax, while in California smoking in any public place is a no no.

One thing that pisses me off is that without us smokers everyone else would have to pay alot more in taxes (one form or another) so actually we are saving everyone else money and they want to tell us were not allowed to smoke anywhere if we could I would love for every smoker out there to quite for a month or so then when they talk about raising everyone elses taxes we could flip them all off and laugh

well here in Oregon they are pushing to ABOLISH smoking all together ....according to our legislature the push is due by 2007 and if it goes through and becomes legal then there will be a problem for the other 49 states because under the union contract when it becomes legal in one state they .the state reps...can automatically change the laws without public approval.........LOVELY ISNT IT.........NOTTTTTTTTTTTT

right now they are pushing to stop smoking in vehicles and bars and night clubs

thats some crap if I am in my car and I want to smoke I am going to smoke bars and night clubs Ill give to them (is't not that big of a deal to go outside to smoke) but in my car I will if I feel like it

I don't smoke anything but I don't believe a little smoke is going to kill you, and if I do go out there is usually a smoking and non smoking section. Another thing I believe is wrong when smokers want to file a lawsuit against the tabacco company, it's true though that the govenment could not afford to lose the money it gets for the taxes.

They must smoke alot..or live in a trailor.

$4.50 per pack here in PA

each of them smoke two packs a day (4 packs total)

say 30 days in a month

thats $540 a month. They paid like $40,000 for their house or something. I think their mortgage is arounf $550 - $600 or so.

well i think i miss represented my self to you a few ago TWITZ

you see here it is illegal to smoke on any buisness property now ........now if they get the ruling to pass on night clubs and bars ...whats left?..........smoking at home

well here they range from .........$4.75 to about $7.00 a pack and here a year ago they were $2.75 a pack

Smoking is already banned in all bars/restaurants in NYC and they are pushing for the same thing here in Jersey. Even though its not a law yet and not enforcable you will see signs like "Smoking prohibited within 50' of building entrance" on all the office buildings. The building managment office here at my office complex hands out $20 fines if they catch people too close to the entrance doors.....that goes for the back doors as well.

I used to smoke about 2 packs o cigs a day. I'm down to less than a pck a week but I still need one erry once in a while when I get stressed because of work or GF.

As far as cigars, I used to moke Playboys, Romeo y Julietas, or Cohibas. But the GF can't stand em so its rare these days.
