Well, since most of us are kids that refuse to grow up, I'm sure many of you have a few things that you would really like to see under the tree this year. So what's on your list?

Lessen's List:

Jamie Mcmurray Pepsi 400 race replica die cast
Jamie Mcmurray Crown Royal Special Reserve die cast
Aeromarine Laminates Sprint Petrol Catamaran
Nuova Faor SF501 Nitro Motorcyle
Grand Motorsports Aftershock Nitro Funny Car

Really been wanting another firearm lately.
.45 or another .357, maybe a .44?
Been looking hard at the 1022's. Had a blast working on the last one. Lot of things I'll do different this time.

I've started spin classes at our local gym and would really love to get a bike. I've had my eye on this one...

I have pretty much accepted that I don't get much for Christmas, I just give everything I can then give a little more

Well.... This year I have just let my wife have the reins when it comes to what I get for Christmas. I am kinda hoping to be surprised this year. It has been so long since I actually anticipated Christmas. Usually I know what is under the tree long before Christmas gets here. So this year I put my faith and hope that she knows my wants. Besides Christmas is for the kids. I get more enjoyment out of just watching the look on my kids face when he sees all the gifts under the tree with his name on them. Then watching him open his presents and the pure innocence and excitement on his face it just priceless. I now understand what my parents must have felt when I was young. You definitely can't put a price tag on that. Now as far as what my wife got me... it is probably something pratical, like new pants, socks, and boxers, to replace the ones that she complains have holes in them.

I would have asked for a B44, but when my wife did ask for ideas, the first thing she said was "No RC's" so that kinda killed that one.

Happy Holidays everyone!!

Tom

Hmm...I tend to be more worried about taking care of my kids and fiancee. I guess if pressed I have a few toys I'd like.

Any LCD HDTV bigger than 40"
Xbox 360
To finally close on my house after 3 months.
Perhaps a new watch to feed my fetish. Movado. Tissot. Maybe a Citizen Eco-drive.
Inspiration. I've been jonsing to start my own business. But lack that brilliant idea. Perhaps I'll find the idea and inspiration to finally get off the ground.

Otherwise I'm usually more worried about those around me enjoying the season. That's what really makes me happy.

Nice lookin bike Ben!

I was gonna do that too but my wife would just end up getting frustrated I think. I know my hobby drives her nuts but she knows how much I enjoy my collection. There are few physical "things" that get me more excited than a new kit. It'll be a couple more years before I'll experience the joy of the children feel. My son is only 2 so were not quite there yet with that.

This year I am more concerned with getting everyone else their gifts. We are right in the middle of moving and will not be in a home for Christmas. But hypothetically speaking, if I did have a wish list it would be

Jammin' CRT .5
Ofna DM-1
Baja 5B SS
A sand and gap wedge
Laptop
3" Turbo back exhaust for my 1:1

“Wish List”

Tamiya Toyota HiLux High Lift
Tamiya Multi Function Kit for the High Lift
Bearings and SS Screw Kit for the High Lift
Futaba 4 Channel Stick Radio for the High Lift
RC4WD Aluminum Scale Bead Lock Rims for the High Lift

I don't know what gave it away, but I think Robmob wants a High Lift for Christmas. Just a hunch:shrug:

What type of car Dom?

My daily driver/beater project. Its a '91 Volvo 740 Turbo Wagon. I'm beefing it up a little for my upcoming commute through the windy back roads of Santa Cruz. So far I've swapped out all the rubber suspension bushings for polyurethane and installed 4mm thicker front/25mm rear sway bars. I also installed a manual boost controller to increase the stock boost from 7 psi to 11 psi. In the spring I'll be adding the new exhaust and Bilstein HD struts and shocks. After that as budget allows I plan on installing a performance camshaft with adjustable cam gear. When all is said and done it will be a very peppy commuter car.

Picked it up last night and it is currently sitting on the front seat of my car in the garage.

Merry Xmas to me.

For me it always the kids first at Christmas, as I tend to treat myself regularly during the year.

But if I had a list it would include.

Parts for my Hyper 8.5 project
Losi 1/36 Micro Desert Truck
DX3R DSM2 3CH Surface Radio
2 300 oz torque Servos

and of course a partridge in a pear tree. ;)

Theres alot of things I want but I know ill probally never see under that tree lol. Heres my list though!

HPI Baja SS
Team Losi Mini Desert truck
Rockstar Energy Drink sweater
2 New tires for my dirt bike.
New riding gear, either MSR or Moose.

Thats pretty much it. The baja is the one ill never see, because my parents vowed to never buy me another rc car as long as I live or even help me buy one, because I never take my revo that they got me to the track which was the pourpuse of it. The mini desert truck is an exception though, my dad likes it and wants one so its more of a joined gift. lol

What ever happened to peace on earth and good will toward men? Seriously, I have a few friends that are still over there that I would like to see return verticle, after that a pair of jeans and a sweatshirt are cool.

I have had and am still having a pretty rough year, but my Christmas wish list is simple, that my two boys have a great Christmas. If there was nothing at all under the tree for me it wouldnt mean a thing compared to the smiles on my kids faces on Christmas morning. Just spending a nice day on Christmas with my family and seeing the joy on the kids faces is all I really want.

I'm with NCNitro on this one; been an incredibly lean year all-around, but I'm focusing on the kids and hopefully "Papa Santa" can make it happen.

That being said, and seeing as I'm a kid at heart trapped in a 38 year old man's body, there are a few things I'd like:

1. Enough money to get my black lab the surgery she needs. She's got "growths" in her ear canals that need removed.

2. A new water pump for my recently inherited Miata.

3. A new window motor for my wife's driver's side window.

4. TIME!

5. A new job.

6. A piston/sleeve for my VZB-Vspec.

Simple, yes?
