I just buy my own gifts for Xmas now...
I've already got what I want so it's all about my daughter and girlfriend's stuff for me now...
I got a new 47" sharp aquos, Meteor Hammer, fire Poi, dewalt 18v circular saw and a used table saw from the flea market.....also started rebuilding my Holmes dirt jumping bike again..I just need wheels and a good front chainring now

LOL, last year my wife ordered my Team Magic 1/8th hauler from A Main, she didn't realize when she got on their website it was logged into my account. Well she places the order and I get the e-mail from them about my order status. I was like WTF til I read it and forwarded it to her with a note saying I guess I wasn't supposed to see that. To top it off I was the only one home when it was delivered.

You guys have awesome wives. My wife bought me my first nitro.. a TMaxx, but I am sure she had no idea what that would lead to. She now would not buy me another RC if my life depended on it. You guys are so lucky. My wife would not even know what a Team Magic 1/8 hauler was.... or even what AMain is.

Dude, I have the EXACT same situation. It was like 4 years ago at Christmas I got my TMaxx 2.5. I think it'll go down in family history as my wifes least favorite gift to me. ... but I love her for it!

I guess my wife is a slow learner. She not only bought me my first for an anniversary quite a few years ago, she bought me my second shortly thereafter, and then a third for a Christmas gift a few years ago, but now it's like, what do you want...but NOT r/c, oh well, lol.

Yep, same here man. I think she's about done with buying me r/c. That's ok though. I'm not sure what she got me this year, I don't think she got me any r/c from my list, maybe one of those die casts though. She made a comment about getting me the "pefect gift" once already. I have a feeling I may be getting a Wii (I sold all of my PS2 stuff earlier this year). That's the only guess I have though. We'll see! I love the anticipation..

I'm gettin her good this year. One of her gifts is triple wrapped. Yep, gift wrapped once, twice, three times in three successively larger boxes. All in all, her ultra slim camera is inside of a box that our paper shredder came in I can't wait for her to open that.

Now you need to tape all the seams completely, it makes it more fun to watch her try and open it. I do this to all my wifes gifts, wrapped tight and completely taped, it drives her crazy trying to find a spot to tear open the paper.

Tom I had to tell her, on both. She actually knew of Amain from telling others to get me gift certs from there. The bag was from my mother-in-law actually, my wife just ordered it since I told her where it was LOL I have to see she did it again this year though I don't know what it is. I think she got me a gift cert to B Main. If any of you ever ordered from B Main, you'd know that order confirmation and shipping e-mails don't say B Main they come from Lisa & Homer Allman, well the order confirmation was sitting in our home e-mail account unopened for like three days and I said hey this is for you, my orders from B Main go to my other e-mail addy. She was pissed, in a funny way, she thinks I have all these places on the hook to tell me when she places an order

Homer is a neat guy. I have never met him but a buddy of mine races at the Tiltyard all the time. It suposed to be a really nice track. There are a few things I would like to order from them here soon. Just have to wait til christmas is over.

Lessen.... I wonder if my wife had known what a TMaxx would start if she would have bought the damn thing or not?

Yeah, I hope to be able to race at the Tiltyard this summer... I do have permission to take a summer trip.... the yard is not that far. I have heard that track can really eat up your 1/8 scale if don't bring the A game.

I'll let you know if we do. I wanted to make it out to the Nitro Challenge in feb but it doesn't look good at this point. All the nats are out west this year, not so sure I can hit the buggy nats and I will most likely be going to RC Pro finals in Nov. I still haven't decided on the Midwest Gas Champs in Columbus in Jan.

Time, so I can finish building the brushless 40 Corsair.

Plus anything I don't already have for hunting. Hoping for the Garmin 530 CHX and the new Leupold rangefinding binocs.
