What was the charge rate you selected (amps)? If it was around 3amps, you should be perfectly fine. Otherwise, it looks like it got a full charge. Just make sure the pack itself does not get overly hot. If it gets overly hot (15 degrees or so hotter than ambient temp), then it is overcharging.

Let the pack cool, and it should be alright, provided it isn't hissing and popping (you'll hear it... it'll sound like an egg frying).

Yes had it at 3 or 4 amp and it finished charging in 43 min and never got hot so guess I am doing it right I peak charged it is that right or chould i tricklre charge it?

A peak charge is what you want when your charging it up.
A trickle charge will keep it toped off until your ready to use it.

I don't recommend a trickle charge for more then an hour or two. Its a nice feature if you are out running and want a topped of battery thats ready to go. It can decrease the life of the battery if you leave it on trickle for days on end.

I don't know that charger but it looks like the first number is the charging amps, the 2nd is the milliamp rating (How much charge it took during that cycle) and the last number is the current voltage. Again, I don't know that charger but thats what it looks like.

ok it says it is full charged at 1250 Mah but its a 3000 stick dose that mean it was half charged when i got it? Also is it bad to charge it if your not going to use it right then I just charged it up but am not using it till tommarow is that bad?

Thanks

It could have been about 40% charged, which is what nimh is supposed to be stored at/around. Your best bet would be to run it until it "dumps" (goes flat), then recharge and re-check the numbers. It might take a cycle or two to wake up, too.

It's safe to charge the night before; I've charged my packs 3 days in advance, back when I used to run three classes (electric buggy and truck, 8th scale nitro), then peak them off the morning of the event.

Seeing as it's the night before, you should be just fine.
