Cheep Parts!!! Crystals LED's Soldering Equipment.

O.K. If you ar tired of pay about 10 to 20 dollers a crystal than digikey is the place for you. They are a mass distributer of many products. There crystals are 1 doller a pice and quanty discount. They also sell leds you can get about 10 for 3 dollars not even that much at times.

The problem is i don't know what kind of crystals the recivers use.

Cylender
Series

Does anyone know what kind of crystals the cars use. Look at catalog here.

The crystals made for traxxas are from siward www.siward.com (lots of info here although i barely understand it) they are quartz type other than that i have no idea but it is worth paying .96 ea to find out if they work

sometimes quality is worth an extra 9$ ... something about relying on a 1$ crystal with my 300+ investment .... even with the failsafe i don't mind paying the extra $$ for piece of mind ...

You don't get. They arn't cheep because of quality. They are cheep becaus eit like buying from a where house. .But forget it. They dont't carry crystals over 24 mh in the tyoe recivers need. And blah420. You could proboly by 100 for 50 dollers insted of geting only about 5 crystals for 50$. Big diffrence there. And you would get diffrent mhs because it's a tape crystals so each one is diffrent. Then you could sell extras on RCNT. hehe
