A blow dryer works just as good.
$104 is kind of spendy... I'm never near an outlet when I break in/start my rigs. I've thought about looking into getting a tire warmer... or something similar. I do see they have a 12V version, but still, is a lot of $. As it is, I just put mine on the floor of my car to get the head up near 90F if it's below 60F outside. Granted, that doesn't help as well as heating it all the time. I do see the help this would give you on cold starts... or the lack of them.
