$200 is a decent deal. The tires look pretty worn, so it may be used more than he says.
If you're really wanting a GT with more hop ups, you might want to wait though. I've seen GTs with A LOT of hop ups go for about $100 more....IMO well worth it. But $200 is still a decent deal as long as everything is in ok condition.

Most people stretch the truth slightly about "almost new," or perhaps their definition differs from most people's. The tires do look very worn. Either the seller has another and traded tires or he's slightly off on his thoughts of nearly new.
