Cheap Temp Gun For Those In Need Without a LHS

I'm new to the brushless world, and I've learned I really needed a temp gun to set my gearing so I don't trash my Velineon setup. My LHS is about an hour away at best, and I need it now as it looks like we'll be getting warm weather as soon as tomorrow and I'm dying to run my truck on the lipos if I can get time.

Autozone has a backlit, laser aimed temp gun for $29.99 with batteries.

I've seen it as well. Should be good enough for a typical basher.

Not sure what the range is for the second one. The first one reads hot enough for nitro RC as well as what your doing.

They do also carry a Raytek one. $207 though.

Yep, I bought the first one. Should work well since I have nitro stuff too. Thanks for posting the link Olds, it slipped my mind, must be getting old LOL.
