1600mah/200mah = 8hours
200mah is low enough that you could probably leave it for an additional couple of hours without really stressing the battery. It doesn't have to be exact and the battery isnt going to be completely dead when its hooked up so Id estimate 6-10 hours charge time would be fine.

id say minimum of 6 but if you want to insure a full charge id leave it for a good 7-8 hours...it really boils down to how many mah were drained out of the pack which is typically an unknown.

Also check on it ever so often as well and if it starts to get good and warm then you should go ahead and pull it off the charger. But yes for a full charge I would say 6-8 hours depending on how much was pulled out as Greywolf said

Good stuff, I've done the Duracell thing for years and finally just got sick of buying AA so I bought an ofna pack with charger which worked great all summer and fall but then I forgot about it one night on the charger, good 15 hr charge I think smoked it,....also I have the old pack waterproofed pretty tight,is that ok?

Start with THIS and you'll find yourself charging practically everything you own with and it allows you to cycle packs which is required for NiCDs and beneficial to NiXXs in general. This is a relatively cheap charger that will even do lipos to a small extent. It will work great for you until you start getting up into the bigger cell lipo packs.
