a bro i met at a few events made himself a sweet portable charger, then he made me one!!!!
super stoked
it uses 2 miluakee batteries and ill be able to recharge my dead bateries in the wild.
its a simple design, hes been using one for over 2 years now with zero issues. its expandable, i can add more batteries to the system, his holds 4 miluakees,

I'm not electrically savvy, i dont know exactly how it works. but it does

My jump box for the car has usb ports which I have used with the supplied balance chargers for 24th scale stuff...nothing full size for 10th scale though. Pretty cool!!

Do you power a charger with the XT connector?

Who needs Jackery when you have Jankery!

I'm really interested to see how it performs. Like how many 2S lipos can it charge before it hits shutoff. I have to assume power tool lipos have built in cutoffs to prevent failures...I've been using them for years and never gave that any thought until seeing this...😲

Yeah, they have little boards in them.
My understanding is Milwaukee has sensitive cell monitoring built in.
If they sense an issue charging or an issue with the pack it just locks it out and you'll get four flashing lights.
