never charge without a charging bag period... so do as instruction say.looks like a lipo charger to me not a nimh
Amazon.com: HRB Lipo Battery Safe Bag Fireproof ExplosionProof Safety Bag Lipo Battery Portable Charging Protect Bag for RC Battery Charge and Store(185x75x60mm) : Toys & Games
id go to another charger . although that des charge thru balance plug only but only at .9 amps so its going to be a very slow charge. I like to charge at 1C minimum. More like 2+ C charge rate for me.have fun with ur new rc id pickup another battery so play can be longer

Thanks to everyone that's already replied already, being a noob these guys know exactly what they are talking about and I feels kinda novice now with their knowledge.

I'm confused by the instructions because it tells me to not charge it in the house without a fire container

Thanks for the info

Another question since we're running here. How do I balance charge a 1s battery? Photo below.

Ah man @Doom! Is laughing at me. I must sound like a moron.just trying to find a way to get away from the USB charger that's taking forever

Only one cell, nothing to balance, need two or more cells to balance. Just charge. Balancing means making sure each cell has a matching charge.

@Iowa_dude no worries, sounds like a question I would have asked not too long ago. 🤣 now that I think about it, I've never checked my regular charger to see if it can charge a 1 cell battery, Doh! I just checked, sure can charge a 1 cell. You just need to find or make a charging adapter with the appropriate plugs. 👍

Right on. Speaking of which I'm not even sure my charger goes down that far. Just looked and it does indeed. Wind has me grounded, I just attempted the maiden voyage of the Hawk Eye. I can't remember a day in Iowa it was still and calm so it could take a year or two. I could barely hold the dsmn thing without it flying out of my hand.

Once you get some experience certain planes can be fun in the wind, you can pretty much get them to hang in one place like flying a kite. :)
I had my apprentice in the wind once, it was golden. Had her in the air for about a half an hour. Had my kids there too. Didn't even crash that day.

Another Amazon list ffs. I'm just curious on what this specific plug is called? Any idea?

I'm pretty sure THIS is what you need. Compare your plug to the photos to be sure.
