Well - You can charge it. You can charge it safely. From what I understood, a lower amperage charge is a slower charge. Thus, the battery will last longer, but give out less power when used. The owner of our LHS (I take his word, Losi came by and tested their latest greatest street car at his track. Not sure which, but this came from another LHS', and confirmed by the owner of 4Funhobbies.) ... anyhow, the owner suggested I charge my nimhs @ 4-5 amps, and just watch over the temperatures. Ofcourse, this is for Nimhs, not NiCds, but I believe it'd work the same. Just the process of recharging them is different.
