For those of you who dont know what ceramic Coating is

Its a Performance based Exh coating for Headers, turbo piping, and the such..Horsepower gains depend on many variables, including engine size, type and setup; etc...

I hate you J/K how much was that thing? Only one thing wrong in that pic E-Z start trash that man and get a pull start.

I do ceramic coatings and thermal and powdercoatings myself.
Next I'm gona Thermal coat the piston top and do a dry film lubracant on the sides of it.

as for the EZ start nope Its stayin. No problems with it at all. so I'm not gona put a pull start on it.

Did you buy it or did you do it yourself? Never mind, I was late. I'm a slow typer, I see you/ve answered that question already.

I did a little coating back in the day. I've got a fluidized bed set up. I've tried coating dog bones w/EAA. It seems to work pretty good except right around where it slips into the hub. After a while it kind of wears down. I've been trying to figure out a good coating to put on them, but i'm not really sure what will handle the wear. You being in the coating business might be able to hook me up w/the right coating to use. What is a good thin coating that can handle the wear right where the dog bones go into the hub?

Just curious, while it does look great, and I might be interested in having a couple parts done, what gains do you get? Does the heat dissipate faster? What is the bennefit?

Looks good!

I ceramic coated my cat-back and downpipes on my nearly 460hp Audi S4. The idea behind it is to keep the heat in the pipe, thus making the gasses flow faster since they are more freely flowing than cooler gasses. Its the same principle behind header wrap as well.

Just what zerinS4 said.. Id never recomend headerwrap to anybody to use though.
