first off, i have no experience with the gear boxes. when I'm just rolling the wheels my rear gear box has a catch in the same place every time. Iv had the problem before, and now its back. how i fixed it last time and this time it just take it apart, and i saw nothing(no broken or bent teeth in the drive gear or the diff gear, so i just put the case back together and it works fine. i just want to no why it happens and whats causing it??

Your case may have been too tight in one corner, or too loose. My hyper does the same thing, but there is nothing broken or damaged. If I take the time playing with the screws holding the case together I can get it perfect.

yes, i just came on hear to correct myself. i fixed it. it was too tight in the corner with the screw in it. thanx for the info.

One thing you have to look out for is mold marks and casting lines. Even the smallest burr can cause catches, maybe not in the gear mesh but on the sides of the gears or in the gear box case.
