You have helped out someone with an actual RC problem don't a few people think you are like the :spam king
 
He's both a SPAM King and a knowledgeable RC guy. Scary combination, but sometimes very effective.

Maybe the piston seized? usually happens on engines not tuned properly. You can free the piston (as you did), but it can seize again if you aren't careful. Try to make sure the piston isn't at Top Dead Center when you store the truck at the end of the day, instead leave the piston at the bottom (Bottom Dead Center).
