There are no specific settings for ANY carb. They start out very rich for the beginning of the break-in and then get tuned accordingly.

You'd never need to use stock settings. They're WAY to rich, like rolex said On my Trophy 3.5, they were so rich that it wouldn't even idle. if you want to retune, then it's best to follow that excellent flowchart rolex gave a link to and go from there
