I am looking to get another carb to get this 24-7 on this savage to work better. Is there a better carb that will fit onto this mill? I am hoping someone has tried this. Let me know.

well its not mine I am helping a friend tune his in. Maybe it s all the dirt on it. I cleaned it pretty well and it starts but it has problems or actually I have problems.LoL. I read on the instructions to turns the LSN 8 1/2 turns out. Is that true? Seems a lot! Anyways, I would like to keep the same carb but damn that carb is difficult. Help a brother out.

There could be dirt in the needle valve. Take out the needle and squirt some Berrymans carb cleaner though it. You should see a solid stream out the tube into the carb body. Wear safety glasses cause carb cleaner hurts!
