can't reach idle screw with screw drier?!

This screw being pointed at here needs to be cracked loose then it will rotate to your drivers reach. Hope this helps a.little more that the posting before mine..

I've yet to see one that cannot be accessed. Just curious what engine/carb do you have? If you decide to rotate the carb, please do so gently. Most likely you should have an o-ring in the neck so ensure you don't damage it. Do you know how to rotate the carb? Also, remember that to lower your idle you turn CCW and raise is CW (apologies if you are aware of this - unsure of your experience level)
 
if you still can't reach the nut to loosen the carb dont be afraid to dismount the motor from the vehicle to access it
