can't keep my nitro sport running

Go with Jorako's settings. After getting an ignitor and a couple new glow plugs.

i just put a new plug in it dose anyone have good hints on how to tune good

i got that but is there a good way to learn how to tune your car to its best proformance

Practice up is about all I can tell ya. Take your time and don't get it too lean. Turn the trim up a bit and lean the hsn from factory settings a tad until you can keep it running and get the temps up to operating range. The most important thing is to get the engine warmed up before doing to much adjusting.
