did you get the nut thing that holds it on off?? if so then take your glow plug wrench or something hard ad tap the back a few times and t should just fall off
Usually, I use channel locks to hold the flywheel and a 4 way glow plug wrench to remove the flywheel nut. Then I whack the back side of the flywheel with a hammer handle (wood so as to not damage it) and they pop right off.
A great way to remove a flywheel once the nut has been removed, is to us a battery terminal puller. They can be purchased at any auto parts store for around $3. Much better imo than beating the back of the flywheel. To get the nut off I use a piston locking tool. These two tools make flywheel removal a breeze.
