what all this I hear about upgrading my radio on my rig? People tell me to but have no good reason why, so could you guys shed some light on this.

If you plan to race, the track might require it. If not, a good radio allows you to make many adjustments on the radio that you can not do mechanically. If you're content with what you have, go with it.

I bought a VERY cheap second hand one for engine break in (due to wallet restrictions) but replaced it soon after that because there was no EPA etc and it was stressing my servo's something chronic - it did the job I got it for then I gave it to a friend as long as you have everything you want need in the tx and are happy... spend it on other upgrades or beer.
