I had one of those.. Do you have the OS .10 or .12?

i dont no he gave it 2 me.its got a small siver head on it

Easy resolution....
I've spoken with Kyosho and I believe you can fit an OS .12 on it if the rest of the car is ok..

Not sure about replacement parts - maybe check e-bay for some old stuff.

well like i said, i dont no whats broken, i need to just fix the leak.

If the fuel is coming out from where that shaft goes into the engine, then it more then likely is the bushing like .21 said. Try to e-mail OS support to see if they can:
1. Help you identify what engine it is
2. Advise you of any replacement parts that are available or could be used from another OS engine.

They have a list of old/discontinued parts that may still be available if you can identify the engine. Again, I am guessing that it would be a discontinued part if it's the original engine, Kyosho hasn't made Sandmasters in quite a while..
