CAn anyone recomend background check?

I've got to do some criminal background checks for employees that work for our company. There's a lot of services out there, and I've used a few of them. I'm looking for a good service that does national criminal background checks, and most of the good ones also do a social security check for aliases and that sort of thing. I thought maybe some of you guys that have businesses or work in the corporate world could reccomend a good one.

Contact LSP. We do them with the FBI and through NCIC.
All nurses and teachers must go through us. It also puts fingerprints on file incase anything were to happen
