Any ideas what size c clip and teflon washer I should get to fit on the outside crank shaft of a picco red dot .26 clutch bell?

It's called an e-clip, and it's for a 5mm shaft.

Do you have to use a teflon washer or will a regular metal washer be ok? The reason I ask is I lost the teflon washer when I was putting in my new motor so i just put a regular small washer on there. It is the same size as the teflon. I haven't ran it yet so I guess now would be the time to ask before I screw something up.
