can i put buggy tires on my maxx w/o any major mods?

I asked the same question about a month ago and just got a bunch of flack for it. I did get a link though: http://www.radrc.com/
They have a 3-speed kit that's pretty pricey, but it has adapters and wheels/tires for 1/8 buggy as part of the kit. I sent an email to them to see if I could just buy the adapers and wheels, but I never received a reply.

OFNA makes a kit for the t-maxx that allows u to put 1/8th scale tires on the t-maxx. buggy tires, monster pirate tires anything 1/8 scale. u can buy them here. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXXE06&P=7

no problem. i was thinkin of putting 1/8th scale MOnster Pirate tires on my t-maxx usin those adaptors but I'm not sure.
