Anyone know what i need to do to go brushless on my mini-t?
I know brushless motor, and speed controler, but is there anything else that i need to get? I'm new to electric modifications, so i have no idea.

I think that is pretty much it. Well, other than batteries that will handle the power draw of the motor. Brushless is sweet stuff...

so i would need to upgrade from my losi 7.2V 1100mAh Ni-MH Battery that i have now??
and would i need to change out my reciever?

+ would it make a big difference if i already have a Orion big block motor installed on it already?

The battery pack should be fine. You will need to buy a new receiver for it also. I know a lot the guys that run the brushless setups use NiMH battery packs and said that they had to update the RX and ESC. I'd recommend the Castle Creations Mamba series. It comes with the ESC and motor. I'd also recommend the Comp package (6800 kv motor). It will give insane speed but can be controlled easier than the Comp X package (8000 kv motor). Just my $.02.

With the mini-T, don't you need a servo if you replace the receiver? Even if you don't, it's a perfect excuse to upgrade the stock servo.

Yep, yep. You pretty much have to replace all the electronics.

Also, I would suggest upgrading your battery to something High Output like GP's or IB's. The Losi stock packs just can't discharge at the rate the motor and ESC demand. Basically, the juice just doesn't flow fast enough.

Any recomendations on any good steering servo's for this thing? Also if anyone know a good priced brushless setup and esc..........

The Mamba Packages run about $130. They're reasonably priced and run well.
