I'd like to do a BCA paint scheme like this https://twitter.com/courtneyforce/status/254982487242072065/photo/1/large

I see white, red, and pink. Pactra has just a plain white and I'd think its either bright red or racing red. But what would you all suggest for the pink? Closest I see to that is metallic burgundy.

finished product

Well not bad for a first paint job (second if you count a solid black body as the first lol). Not perfect but you know if it's only gonna be for show or using once or twice a year...so what, right? As long as it gets the message across

If you airbrush, you could just mix to get the pink you need. Check if spaz stix or parma has pink in rattle can.

Try tamiya as well. I know somebody makes a pink, there's somebody locally who paints all his bodies pink.

My wifes mother and grandmother both had breast cancer and both fought it and won. I really enjoy seeing these types of paint jobs. Post some pictures of your progress and finished product.

Yeah me too. My mother is in remission now from it and a having both breast removed. Also my best friends wife is a survivor. Its sure seems like more and more women are becoming victims of breast cancer these past couple years than ever before.

My mother was diagnosed in 2008, fought and beat it. I've found the paints I'd need and the body and it all totals around 45-60 dollars I believe it was. I'm going to put the project on hold for a bit as I just got accepted into law school (wasn't expecting a $400 fee to hold my seat) and begin paying my undergrad loans off starting next month. So hopefully I can get going on this around the holidays...heck even that way I can pawn off the paint or the body on my brother or someone as a gift idea LOL

I had originally planned on painting it and having it a Making Strides walk we did at Chicagoland Speedway on Oct 7th but such is life, you blink and a month goes by :(

Though I promise you all I will make it and I will post pics of it when I do! :D

BCA update: got the paint, gotta get a body and start painting
