That is a different brake in. Well I recommend not following those instructions but rather reversing the order on them slightly.

Set your needles as it says and start car. Drive the car around going from idle to 1/4 throttle and get the temp up above 210. (you may need to lean the HSN a bit to achieve this) run it around keeping it above 210 but under 250 for 3-4 mins than shut down and let cool completely.

Restart and repeat for a full tank.

On the second tank go up to 1/2 throttle. Same temps and run times as first.

On third go to 3/4 throttle. Same temps and run times as first and second.

On fourth go full throttle and start tuning for proformance. After this tank you are done.

You may need to adjust hsn to achieve proper temps as you go but keep it as rich as you can while still achieving the required temps and the LSN and idle to keep it running and accelerating smoothly.

Remember to set the piston to the bottom of the stroke everytime you shut the engine down. Move the flywheel until you feel it get tight, then back it off until it feels loose and you'll be safe. The point is to get the piston out of the pinch so the sleeve doesn't contract around it as the engine cools. This makes engines last longer and start easier.
