Vision Peak 2 charger, Losi 3300 mAh NiMH, starts charging, then all the lights start flashing. Can't really return it, because the guy gave it to me for free, not knowing if it was a kit battery or what. It does come with a wall wort charger, 3 amp, should I try that?

I got two of these batteries, and the second one works fine.

About a week ago I had to "bring back" a couple of my good Nimh packs as well. I cycled them at low amperage like three times. The best you can do is cycle them a couple/few times at like 1A. Try discharging at a fair amperage like 10A so the packs gets some good heat in it. Maybe that'll help livin it up. It seemed to help my good packs take a stronger charge.

That was required for the niCads, but lately I have done the same for some NiMhs that have laid around too long without being freshened up.
When 2 good chargers won't keep running, only a wall wart will bring the voltage up far enough to wake them.

I've had it on the wall wart for an hour now, doubt I'll get a change to use it tonight. I'll run it tomorrow in practice and see what it does.
