they are right. Bowties or any small knobby tire will wear extremely fast on road.

If you want to run onroad get yourself some onroad tires or tractor style tires.

Well.. I run on both so how about some Moabs.. I've heard good things from them.

moabs would last one heck of alot longer on pavement then what bowties would on the pavement

Great well I think Moabs it is.. thanks again guys, any other recommendations please let me know.

I use some Pro Line road rages for on road driving. I then switch to the stock Talons to run at my house. The road rages have been really holding up well too.

moabs are really meant for hard packed off road like clay and surfaces like that....if the off road you run is like that then you have the best of both worlds....if it's loose and soft then you will be hating off road, and what good is a road only monster truck?

Moabs are favorites for rock crawling.

But, id say get some mashers, moabs suck in everything but rock.

I'd grab a set or Pro Line Road Rage tires and use them for those times you are running on the road. They grab nicely and are designed for on road use. I know someone else mentioned them, so here is a second to that mention.

Then switch out the Road Rages to whatever your preferred offroad tire is for whatever condition you offroad in.
