I've read somewhere that you can boil a-arms to icrease flexability is this true or not???

I have read the samething, boiling them for like 2 hours adds moisture making them more flexible. When Duratrax first released the Evaders they put out a bulletin or something that people needed to boil the nylon parts.

my bad i didnt find anything when i searched i may not of typed in the right thing

I read in one of the latest rc magazines,(i forgot which one it was) that it was a good idea to boil plastics. They even went in detail on how to go about it.
