There are no screws going into either side of the carb as indicated in the picture, like where the above image points? I have never heard of such a thing.

yes MONKEY i have only got a hsn

Hey man, I'm simply trying to lend a hand here. I'm merely stating that I personally have never heard of or seen an engine without a LSN, so there's no need to shout, man.

If you really do only have a HSN and you've set it back to factory, then the gasket is bad at the exhaust header and/or you have an airleak. Yes, you can just buy a new gasket.

does anybody know were i would b able to get a gasket fro my exhaust header if so how much ??

all it says on the box is permonace manifold and metal tuned pipe . hope this helps

would it still b okay to run my truck with a split gasket mindyou the split is really really small if i carry on bashing my truck like this will i damage the engine ????

thanks nitrofreak

olds97 incase u didnt know m8 in live in the uk would they ship that over here saying that I'm better to go to a local hobby shop and get them there init ????

You won't have one at that spot anymore... if there are other ones, the RTV may help.

I was posting links more for you to see what you can buy. I noticed the UK location just as I hit submit earlier.

You should be able to buy the gaskets at most LHS's and the RTV at most auto supply stores.
