after a few hopups on any rc it makes you crazy and you keep on buying..
my first maxx I spent well over 2000$ after putting parts on then replaceing those parts with the newest parts out.Its an addiction..that you will grow to have also one day

It becomes a personal thing eventually.. money doesn't matter at that point.

I guess i havnt hit taht stage yet, lol i keep chickening out too. Its between a savage SS for $550 or a Four wheeler. Trust me its really hard to choose.

Once you start buying hop-ups you start thinking of the things you can sell,to buy more hop-ups.And it goes on and on and on.By the time you get out of that addiction if you can, you've probably spent close to 2,000$ buying hop-ups.
