Rebuilding more Bolink cars

Started back on another Bolink off of ebay. Hobbywing quicrun 10bl120 with a Hobbywing 3660 brushless set up.

A Legends chassis. I tried a Traxxas BL-2S in the first one. Mixed results, overpowered. Not sure what this will do. Probably the same. Sure is fun to find out though.

Anything under 19t is over powered on a legends chassis.
They were meant to run spec motors and spec 4 cell nihm batts. They flew on em as well.

I once ran a 12x3 on 6 sanyo 3300 cells and it was beyond uncontrollable...

I forget these days half people probably dont even know what I'm talking about. . .

I'll go to the LHS and see what they have for an easy set-up. We ran stock 540's and a Novak esc back then. Sure was fun racing a bunch of them together. I know I'm way overpowering these things but it's fun too see what that old chassis will do.

I get alerts from Ebay when "vintage Bolink" cars come up. Problem is that most of them are modern RJ Speed chassis cars.
