They're not directly joined though- each engine has it's own clutch, allowing it to slip slightly. There are people that have run 2 engines side by side.
there have been dozens of people with this notion to come through this forum over the past few years. Most post just like above, and never return. I dont think there will ever be a hobbiest built multi-cylinder nitro motor built.
I've heard carnauba wax is supposed to be quite good...Or you can just spit on it.

I've seen that picture so many times, yet there's no videos of it running- It would sound pretty cool too I imagine.Which twin engines are you looking to join together? I know Sirio developed a V Twin prototype years ago but it never went into production.
I wanted one of those V Twins in the worst way, just for the cool factor. Never came to fruition though, maybe it was prone to breakage or something.I've seen that picture so many times, yet there's no videos of it running- It would sound pretty cool too I imagine.
Same, it'd be totally unnecessary for most vehicles, but maybe in monster trucks when you want that extra torque.I wanted one of those V Twins in the worst way, just for the cool factor. Never came to fruition though, maybe it was prone to breakage or something.
I believe I can make my own nitro fuel by mixing straight gasoline and castor oil along with some rubbing alcohol. Can you point me in the right direction?
you forgot the Ardvark oil...I've got some fuel here that is designed for nitro engines with turbines. It's made from a very special blend of sheep urine, Hydrogen Peroxide and 2% Koala Saliva. I'm sure it would run well in that 4 cylinder.
