What buggies out there New/Used are the best for my tight little budget?

I got my mayhem for $484 off ebay, it is a great buggy. You could get the mp777 of ebay for around $375 i just found one. UMMMMM the hyper 7 pbs rtr would be preaty good. I guess. thats about all i know, the only thing that sucks is that the mp777 doesn't come with electronics or engine or pipe. So thats about another 250 if you dont have radio gear already. THERE YOU GO I MIGHT not be as acurate on the prices though but if you have more that $400 bucks you should get the mayhem or the mp777......

U talking new out of the box? I like the ofna MBX Comp....but not really set for racing...just a good starter buggy. Has wide stance 330mm, PBS suspension, .26 BB motor w/ elec start, sweet body....and it's around $300 to $330 new! If your talking used into the equation....who know's what deal u might find.

DONT GET A COMP THEY SUCK!!!! if your gonna bash get an x-term they are freakin sweet! my friend has one and he has had it for a year and never broken a part. I got the mayhem i love it. I dont know if you bashing get the x-term but if your gonna race get the 777. The mayhem is great out of the box and i think it would be sweet for racing i havent tried yet but I'm planning on it soon. I love mine i think you would. And yes i got mine for 484 shipped new in box of ebay. You could get one for that or even cheaper.......

Yea I like the Mayhem, or the HYPER 7's...Wish I could find a good deal...So I guess those are the common ones that are decent for the price?

Hyper PBS or PCR, u can't go wrong, parts easily available. If you are not going to race and price is an issue, get the Violator, u can get them for 350 new

470 for the mayhem RTR, if u can hang on, get a lil more money then u have a strong car, very good radio u wont think bout replacing, and a very strong motor w/too much power for you. shaft start too, so dont need starter box if u dont want to buy 1.

can look at the jammin (radio bleh) and the xterm (other 2 buggies are superior in design and term needs a steering servo quick)

The X-Terms servo isn't too bad. But is the first thing I replaced on mine. I use a HS-5645MG now, and the stock steering for throttle/brakes.
