Okay, so I finally got my tax refund check back, $471. Wow, for me that's a lot of money since I really don't have a job. So i've got all this r/c stuff that's i'd love to get. But seeing that college isn't guaranteed, i'm gonna have to put the refund check towards college funds.

I mean, I have all these plans for stuff I wanna get before I try racing again...a new charger, two new battery packs, Trinity D6, possibly Factory Team TC3...all the good stuff. But NOOOOO, I got all the money but college has to come first!!!!

It's so close, yet so far away! That money would have paid for EVERYTHING!!!

Don't feel bad dude. My cousin went to Harvard Law....he's now making about 300K a year in Manhattan (comfortable but not rich in Manhattan NYC). He said @ the rate he's going he wont have his College loans payed off until he's 40. He's 30 now.

Then again, if I want some r/c cars, I could just walk into the hobby shop, and if they don't give me a free car, I can just take Bruno and Ivan, the boss's personal body guards and make the hobby shop gimme the car.

SEriously though, my girls bro is a high-payed accountant (he's 40 and makes over $200k a year but that's rare from what I've seen). I remember when I first met her..she said..."babe you'd probably kill yourself if you worked in accounting". Well, I surely wouldn't kill myself but I'd be bored as sin and become a hostile person for shizzle..lol. You can expect good pay, consistent work and you can find a job anywhere in the USA and the planet for that matter. If you don't like repeptitive work then your gonna die of boredom.

WHen you finish school, I would seriously reco taking trips to HollyWeird INterviewing for movie stars and general rich Cali people looking for a good accountant. Seriously. SOme of the greatest and richest people I've ever met don't know WTF they're doing with their money.

Man, i'll just be happy if I can get starting of $30,000-40,000. I figure once I get my CPA certification, then i'll really have a lot of options.

What's funny about me becoming an accountant...I fiddlesticking spend like crazy lots. I mean, if I get money, I spend it. And i've never once balanced my check book, hell, I have no idea how much money I have in my bank account.

I figure i'll start to get my money straight when I graduate. I'm already starting to think like an account and think about businesses and poop...kinda weird since i'm only one my third accounting class

Nah man, you dont take stuff from random people that you have respect for and such...you gotta do it cool. Walk in start picking out cars and stuff have him get it all together, whip out the roll of money w/ rubber band(Donnie Brasco) and pay him 300 more than he needed. Like that Jimmy guy off Good Fella....He would tip the truck drivers whom he was stealing a truck from.

That reminds me of the hagared guy...Me and Rs43drifter go to the LHS and theres a old old guy in there buying a Truck, 4 wheel steering, a bigger motor, wheels tires and so on. We talk to him and he's just spending the hell out of his income tax and even having the LHS put all that poop no. $800 bill. He also had the hot bodies twin engine truck too. He had a poop load of cars for no reason.

i dont got a check book but my parents balence ours weekly to make sure were not bouncing checks and as it is we still bounce some and have to borrow from familly members my dad was unemployed for a year so that set us way back but now hes got a good job and were quickly catching up

Right now i'm going to highline but will be ready to transfer in a few more quarters. Hopefully i'll be going to Central Washington University...but my GPA is so low it's rediculous

Hmmm...let's see.....gonna be an accountant.....but having trouble deciding what to do with his money....

My advice? Get there first, then enjoy it. I'm 37. I went through 8 years of school to get a job that pays in the low 50's. I owe the government $40K. And I have no clue when they're going to get it. My advice? Pay for as much school as you can up front. Because it's a pain in the ass to pay after....
