BB's in the paint jar .....

Anyone putting BB's in their paint jars to help mixing?

I going to put some 1/16" SS ball bearing in mine but was just wondering if anyone else is doing this ......

Nothing wrong with that... Although, I dont think it's necessary with water based paints..

Not really necessary with the basic paints, but a very good thing to do if you're spraying glitter in clear coat. The glitter settles very fast.

For water based it wouldn't make any sense really,just shake it and it's good,all the spazstix paints that i have all have bb's in the for mixing,my color change paint has to have it because every falls to the bottom then it sprays un evenlly if it isn't mixed right.

It's for the Pactra lacquer based paint. I noticed that some of the pearls aren't mixing that well ............... and if I go pockin a stick in there to stir it up I can just see paint going everywhere :trashed:
