Whats a good site to buy loose sub c cells from for batt building?

Is it possible to make a 6 cell 7.2v NiMH with more than 3300 mah for less than 38 bucks?

what gauge of wire should I use? Is it dependent on the connector? or somthing else?

I'm going to be using 2 of these packs (awesome price btw)
in the traxxas villain(the one currently for sale on tower)

So I would want to use the traxxas connector.

I dont want to spend alot of money on a charger, but i want to make sure i get one that will do what i need

I prefer 14 gauge wire.

You don't need to discharge them but you may need to cycle them if they don't hold a charge for long. A couple cycles is all they should need, at most.
