Needle settings are going to vary in different types of climates so it is hard to recommend something.
 
For a stock get it started needle settings Tamiya recommends 4 turns out on the HSN, and 1/2 turn blow the rim on the LSN, & a 1mm idle gap.

From there your gonna have to tune for your area & the time of year.
Once it gets colder your gonna have to richen the tune to make up for the cold denser air.
