I just recently purchased a brand new Axial .28 spec1 for my t-maxx and I was wondering what some people where running for a glow plug in this engine? The axial ones are kinda salty 18.00 so I was wondering if there where any cheaper ones that I could use??

Axial #4 plugs are only 7 bucks or so? Why are you having to pay so much?
Those did the best for me. McCoy 8 or 9 plugs do well also.

In the Axial engines (from personal experience) it really depends on the nitro content. I normally ran OS or McCoy plugs. If you run 30% don't even try to run a Med temp plug. I had one that liked to pre-ignite and run backward if I put a med or hot plug in. It was cool to watch but very bad for the engine.
