With my stuff I had new batteries within a week, except for when I lost some of the paperwork that I was supposed to send them. I actually forgot about it until I just read your message.

But anyway, when I've dealt with them and done what I was supposed to do they were a blessing to deal with. I can honstly say that of all the companies that I've dealt with, maxamps.com has had the best customer service and been the best company to deal with. Can you imagine if I called another company and told them that I had bought a part a year ago and chosen not buy the warranty, and then used the part improperly and damaged it beyond repair, and asked them to send me a new one? lol You guys know how hard I am on vendors about the way they treat their customers, especially being a vendor myself, and I wouldn't make a statement like this if I didn't completely believe in it.

well yeah, I'm not taling crap about em, specially when they arent here to defend them selves i just think it will be a waste of brandons time, when he could just get a different battery and be back to running without all the paper work stuff....after my maxamps 3s went to the pooper i just bought a new lipo for $25 and its been insanely bad ass!!!
 
I'm just saying dont get any false hope, you know?
