Hows everyone doing?

Alright, so In July, this coming July, a bunch of r/c'ers are getting together to put on a big bash session.

The event is going to be held on July 26th of 2008. If the date changes i will keep everyone posted.

well we havent really set anyhting in stone, but more then likely its going to be here-

entry fee will range from $15-$25
The more people the less you have to pay.

The place in Missouri we are trying to go to,(what i have linked above) is a guys property, who is planning on building us a custom track to our specs.
if that falls through and we are not able to go there, then we are going to try to rent a track or get permission to bash on a rather large piece of land.

Right now there is about 16-18 people going.
a nice crowd so far.

It will be fun, believe it.
There are hotels and food near by, I'm not planning on staying the night, but will if i have to.

Yeah... 5 hour car ride to stand in july heat and play with toy trucks... yay?

I'd do it though, but we typically sap all our funds around that time of year to head 700 miles north to family in northern Minnesota.

www.rcprosites.com the 2008 schedule was up a few months ago, what you'll also want to watch is STL if you are planning a location in MO. Dirtburners has round 1, we have round 2 at the end of June. I don't know if the IL State series has released their dates yet but that is also RC Pro and may have some of the same sponsors. Also the Futaba race is in STL @ Dirtburners the first weekend in August.
