I think I can see Uranus in this pic! Space is beautiful!!!
We're going after resources. Big corp, China, and a number of other organizations are seeing $$$, and have been planning these missions to rape the moon of resources for for years. Mars is already in the works as well.I would be much more interested if the footage was live, clear and uncut by govt entities.
I believe theres a lot more happening in space than we are being told about.
I think its great that we are exploring space again. It just seems like we should be focusing on getting our own mess straight before we go and mess up a whole new planet too.
As exciting as a mission to the moon might be, I will never celebrate its exploration for exploitation. We're going after resources. and that speed is free floating through orbit with only a few puffs of the boosters once they are close enough to align with Earth's orbit. Absolutely freakin nuts.7:25am mst, 204,058 miles from Earth. Traveling at 1,784 mph
Yup, and will continue to increase speed to aprox 25,000 mph at point of re entryand that speed is free floating through orbit with only a few puffs of the boosters once they are close enough to align with Earth's orbit. Absolutely freakin nuts.
how tf did they get the money for all that gas!!!!!!
from us, ii tried to forget lololThey stole it.
ill worry about my paycheck being 1 cent shorter thats 1 cent away from my rc cars!!! they get jealous when i spend money on things other than them or my family, in all seriousness, things like this are the few things i can justify my taxes for, id rather pay for the gas for an amazing discovery than to pay a politician to fill up their luxury limo thats for sureLess than .5% of total government spending is allocated to space exploration and study. A huge portion of this mission and those like it are funded by private entities like Space X and Blue Orion, and other non goverment entities. Dont worry about your paycheck being smaller to cover this gas bill, I dont think you will notice the fraction of a penny they took out for it.
Obviously this could get into a whole different topic, but hopefully we can just be excited about whats happening right now between here and the moon.
we should be using LTC afterall... lol6:30 am mst, 155,680 miles to Earth and 2,601 mph. Estimated splash down is Friday 4/10 at 8:07 pm edt. Funny, they say 8:07 pm Eastern time, but it will be hitting the Pacific Ocean![]()
