  1. Bashing
The throttle/brake servo on my lst2 seems to turn backwards as soon as i turn on the truck. While not running but "on" the trucks brakes are locked up, when u power off the truck the servo relaxes and the brakes let go.
When you give it gas (while running) the servo moves in the right direction but its not enough. I've checked all the settings on my controller and everything seems to be right.. Anyone have ANY advice, I'm really new to nitro and need some help!! Anything would help!!

WIth the truck powered down do the following.

1. Set your throttle trim on your radio to 50%

2. Take the screw out of your throttle servo that secures the servo horn, and remove the servo horn

3. Power up your radio and your truck so that the servo centers itself

4. Reinstall the servo horn so that it's neutral, not giving throttle nor locking the brakes

5. Re-install the screw to lock the servo horn down

6. Check your carb to make sure it's opening fully when giving full throttle, and set your brakes

Do this and report back to us.

The horn is the plastic piece that your throttle and brake linkage hook to. You're welcome man, NP. This place has helped me out a lot too.

Trim adjust?!? (on JR XS3)

I'm here trying to adjust the trim on my "JRracing XS3" ratio. My radio has L/F and R/B for throttle trim not a %.. Am i tryin to adjust the remote wrong or am i even lookin at the right adjustment?

Sorry for the trouble guys but i think F'd up!! I checked out the manual for my remote and got it back to be what i thought was good... Then i reset my horn and SUPRISE its no good, lol!! Does anyone out there have an lst2 w/ the JR xs3 remote? If so could i PLEASE get some of the settings u are running at for a good start point? my throttle/brake servo is now doing NOTHING!! I have all the settings on my remote set to zero out of 50 (+50/-50) and my percents are all zero'd as well... PLEASE HELP (again) lol

P.s. My throttle trim on my remote goes up 60 and down 60; is 50% set at zero or am i still looking in the wrong place?

If you set zeroes, you'll get nothing. 60% or whatever setting you use will move the servo 60% in that direction. That's how you set your throttle to open fully, whether it requires 70% or 120%, then in the brake position you set the percentage to allow you the braking you want without locking up or not slowing enough.

ok, now i'm following ya.. I'll Give that a try and see what i end up with... Thanks again for the help!! I'll be sure to send my friends this way w/ thier troubles!! You guys are AWSOME, couldn't ask for more!
