Anyone into pawnstars?

Was watching new episode of Pawn Stars on the history channel (Episode: Never Surrender), when they surprisingly had a nitro RC that they bought from a guy. It was an associated Monster GT. Said he had $600 into it, and wanted $350 for it. Must have been that amazing K&N Filter, tank of nitro sitting in it, and stock AM radio. F'd up part, he said it would do 80 MPH!!! Idiot. Said he couldnt start it cuz it needed a new glow plug. Why would you not spend $2 and get a new plug to run it for someone to buy. Ended up getting $150 for it. The shop retard was filmed prodding it with a screw driver for a few minutes, put on the ignitor and gave the pull string a tug, and drove it 5 ft across the shop floor, and turned it off. Thought it was cool to see it on the show though.

Actually I watched it for the first time last night. I just caught the end of that episode,they showed the guy driving it in the hallway. Then I watched the next episode. Neat stuff for sure.

I've met him. Real company. Real family. REALLY f'd up group. Like really really weird. They keep showing all these shows that make us down here look like complete backwoods dumbasses. Its getting kinda annoying. Swamp People was pretty good though. I live about 30 minutes from a couple of those guys, and have been to the farm in hammond, and have caught a couple gators on duty. At least that show shows the culture of actual cajun people.

I enjoy Pawn Stars. I could only take one episode of ma's roadhouse, and less than 5 minutes of Stings and Repo. Swamp people is pretty cool, because as Alpine says, it's their culture and they've been doing that for generations.

the tires where the same though. thats why he wanted $350 for it because it had custom wheels.
