Hey guys, just got a nitro 4-tec from a buddy and it needs some parts. I was wondering if anyone has any parts they have and would be willing to part with. I need the 2-speed gear shaft, the pully that goes on it, the belt, and an engine and an engine mount. Any help is appreciated!

You can give it to me in trade for spare parts for a slash / mini b lol

Uhh. Pics plz. Get it running!
:nopics:
I saw some of them on eBay running for $500 to $1,200 for the 3.3version which is newer. The 2.5 is the super old one. I think they share the same parts though. If I can find any parts, off to the lathe I go! Forgot to mention. I have the 2.5 one.

I want a Lathe. Or CNC mini mill..

Ebay has parts, rollers, and chunks of used cars. I was looking yesterday. Congrats. I always wanted one the day it came out a couple moons ago. 🫠

Rear pulley should be the 2speed pulley.

Should be the motor mount

As for engine what price is your budget? Early 2000 was the pro.15, 2004ish was the 2.5 then 06 or 07 was a 3.3.

The 3.3 spec diffs are stronger. People with the original electric 4tec put 3.3 diffs in for brushless power plants.

Hpi, traxxas, o.s., sh, and lrp are some more popular ones. I know hpi idle lower and are easier to tune then trx. With the trx 2.5 and 3.3 you have to watch the plastic carb.

OS carb for the win 😂 speaking of I ordered 2 because they were hard to find it seemed, so now I need another truck to put it on 😂
