There has only been a couple of girls at my LHS track and most of them were wives and girlfriends brought along to marshall for their "man". I remember one time this one girl must have been at least 6 months pregnant and this looser guy was yelling at her because he couldn't get his beat up Xcellerator to work. It must have been 95 out there and she was trying to pit his car standing in the sun for a 30 lap main. Some guys don't deserve what they have.

The only other girl I have ever seen drive, was a 9 year old. Her father would bring her and she ran electric stadium truck, and let me tell you she smoked everyone every time she drove. Her father was the only one who could beat her. She was going to teach me how to drive, but then they moved to Florida when her dad got transfered.

We've had a couple, but most dropped out of sight. And someone here HAD a GF on for awhile but that went over like a burning sack of sh*t. I think she traded her BF in for a goat...pps:

It takes a dedicated woman to come out to the track or bash site for the day. At first they will go once or twice to show support but once they figure out its all about us and our machine they get bored or a tad jealous. The "New GF" will go and once she realizes there isn't anything but a bunch of fat geeks gawking at her she will quickly loose interest.

On race day, my wife will (About half the time) come for an hour or so and bring a sandwich. Its a quick kiss and a swift goodbye.

I hear so many stories about wives or GF giving poop about having a hobby that doesn't include them. IMO its just an outlet for a larger issue brewing in the background. One thing we as men need to work on is a balance so we are free to enjoy our chosen hobby.

oh i was just thinking about the latest douschebag member who has thankfully left our ranks.

i say the problem with women is that they don't have any hobbies to keep them busy when the men aren't around. when my gf isn't around, i just pick up the r/c or the fishing stuff or the guns and all is right with the world. when i'm gone, she just stares at the wall and NOBODY can do that for very long. i tried to get her to take up knitting or something, but no success. :shrug:

Careful what you wish for. Fast Eddy's wife is into expensive shoes and handbags as a hobby. My wife goes through phases. She starts a hobby long enough to spend a few hundred or thousands and tehn stop sdoing it. She at one time or another was into scrapbooking, collecting Longaberger baskets, some jewelry thing, and coin collecting. I gave her T-Maxx for Christmas a couple back and she has stopped all hobbies since. I can't say too much about it all since one of my "toys" costs as much as a house in a lot of other states! (Plus the Jeep that goes with it)

Crap..I noticed that last nite right after I typed it and went back in and edited it....My connection here blows chunks....that must have been one of the times I had to reset my router.....but I have never seen a more fine female specimen that is dedicated to her man....great personality and just the sweetest voice...she pits for him and everything.....I brought a new GF once and she was all pissy saying the ONLY reason I go to the track was to gawk at Melinda.....I just have no urge to bring a woman to a hot dirty mud pit and hear them whine all day.....I need one of them redneck hotties I guess...no complaining about being outdoors and getting fresh air...well air anyway....I think the nitro fumes counter act the fresh part....

Tom, that peepee-head at your track needs to get smacked....and hard....not beaten but just bitch slapped around for a while......I couldn't get angry or yell at ANY pregnant woman....and I've seen some that were real nasty and pissed off, but anyone carrying another human being inside them I just let em go.....

ill be 18 in july. its something my friends used to say to each other when some one younger or smaller tryes to act big. its just a joke though. so if anything dont take it to the head.
