I need to buy these parts for my car and i found them on a US website and have listed the prices for each part below:

shipping to the UK is $6 making a total of about $38

I know you guys say support your local hobby shop but if i were to buy these parts in england it would cost me delivered to my door as the above itd cost me

Unbelievable! thats more than double the cost, and thats with postage from america to the UK included in the first price!
 
That's a huge difference.

My nearest LHS is about 40 minutes away from me so 98% of my RC stuff is bought on-line. Makes it easy to shop for the best deals to stretch my RC dollar.
 
I buy 99% of my stuff online, since I'm too lazy to go to the LHS. They usually don't have what I want in stock anyways, so it has to be ordered. The only time I do go to the LHS is when I run out of fuel.
