this isent the first time i been stoped 6 other times and all they say is go home.
so i go home next week go ride. its not like i go out and tear up the roads and i dont ride it in the morning or late at night. i uselly do 15-20mph on it. somtimes i get up to 45 riding a wheelie.

You are missing the point. What you are doing it illegal as hell not to mention dangerous to yourself and everyone on the road.

Thats the thing though, you still ride reckless. Doing a wheelie at 45MPH is stupid. You or somebody else can seriously get hurt. Plus it's illegal. If you have been told to stop, then stop. You should have the respect to obey the officer that keeps letting you off. And be nicer to your neighbors.

Anything above 49cc is not allowed on any public street. So keep it off.

Maybe save a little money, respect the people around you and buy a quad or dirtbike so you can be 'cool' like your friends. THEN go someplace FAR away from society and have fun and be as stupid as you want. But keep it off the roads.

You're right and everyone else is wrong. Do what you will but don't post the kind of stuff you have been posting and not expect the kind of feed-back you have been getting. You need to grow up a little. Life is hard, get a helmet! Oh, and please study a little bit for us--it will help immensely in understanding what you are trying to write.

Had a go cart and a quad but rode 'em where I was supposed to. You live in the boonies so why ride in town?

Thank God you do. At least you are doing something smart. Texas may not have a helmet law but anyone under the age of 18 MUST wear a helmet. I have a Polaris 400 Sport and even still I wear a full-face anytime I ride...

I just turned 17 as of yesterday. I have played on go karts, quads, dirt bikes, but all within reason and with a helmet. . If someone was to tell me to stop, I would. Respect is key. All your friends out riding their stuff, let them go. It will save you later down the road in insurance and so on. If all your friends were out smoking weed, would you?
